The Challenge

TeamEight’s original identity leaned on familiar tropes: geometric shapes, tech-forward blues, system-default typography. Nothing in it captured the nuance of what the product actually does: support the fluid, emotional, relational nature of a sales conversation.

The disconnect showed up in three ways:

1. A brand that felt technological, but not relational.
The product is advanced, but its value emerges in the interpersonal space between prospect and rep. The identity needed to reflect that balance.

2. Lack of visual distinctiveness in a saturated AI landscape.
Many startups in the category rely on similar visual signals. TeamEight required something more defined, something with voice and immediacy.

3. A website that communicated features, but not purpose.
The existing site explained the product but didn’t articulate why it mattered, or how it changed the rhythm and confidence of a live sales conversation.

Visual System

We developed a full brand system including logo, color palette, typography, iconography, and extended graphic language. Everything is rooted in clarity and relational warmth.

Logo System:
The “8” mark functions as both a standalone icon and a structural device. The manual shows how geometry, proportion, and spacing remain consistent across applications, allowing it to scale from mobile app icons to large-format billboards.

Typography:
The identity uses a robust, modern typeface with clean forms and strong presence—a typographic voice able to deliver warmth without losing authority.

Color System:
The purple spectrum serves as both a functional palette and an emotional cue. The gradient transitions we created help build a sense of depth and flow across print, web, and product interfaces.

Key Visuals:
Photography and graphic overlays combine to reinforce the central idea: technology fades into the background while people remain front and center.
